In 1994 the then-Christ the King School of Cavite was established. 2001 was a landmark year for the school's main campus as it built its two-storey academic building along Dublin Street inside the same subdivision. The first among the schools in the San Marino area, the school complemented the vertical growth of the campus by progressively upgrading its equipment for the benefit of the whole student population. 2006 marked another achievement for the school as it celebrated its new name, Christ the King College after reaching its tenth year.
Three years after the formal founding of the instition, it branched out to the nearby Brgy. Paliparan I, still at the same town, by building an Annex campus at Mabuhay Homes 2000, another subdivision around 5 km away from the main campus.
In 2000, another campus was set up at Mabuhay City, Bo. Mamatid, Cabuyao, Laguna. During that time, the campus, known as Christ the King School of Cabuyao, was the largest among the newly-born schools in the area.
Today, CKCCF continues to strive for excellence as facilities are continuously being upgraded and academic standards are constantly kept up-to-date.
